Shipping

Shipping available within the UK via Royal Mail, tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. All shipments should arrive within 3 days, excepting extenuating circumstances such as industrial action by postal workers.

Returns

Full refunds will be provided for all items returned in as sold condition. The sender will pay the postage cost of any returns and tracking numbers are to be provided with appropriate insurance to cover the value of goods sent.

Right to Cancel

All orders can be cancelled or amended before dispatch, orders which already have tracking numbers can be cancelled but shipping fees will not be refunded. Any orders already dispatched can be returned as above so long as they have not been opened.

All shipping is appropriately insured through Royal Mail. Damaged packaging must be reported immediately and claims will be made against Royal Mail, please note all deliveries will have photographic evidence supplied by Royal Mail and if damage has been sustained after delivery, we accept no liability for this.
